Colbourne Auto is seeking a Student to fill the role of Marketing Assistant for an 8-week period.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager of the Colbourne Automotive Group, the Marketing Assistant is responsible to:
- Assist in the development of strategic and customer centered marketing and communication materials in support of the annual business plan and monthly programs
- Assist in managing marketing and communications tools including the website (automotive internet marketing), social media, and customer communication through the database
- Assist with brand management for both dealerships by working with Chrysler FCA and Ford Canada programs, and coordination of the look and feel of the showroom and presentation of the lots
- Assist with database management and customer communication through the CRM system
- Assist with customer and dealership events, including the Colbourne Cares Community Food Truck
- Conduct research through initiatives such as customer surveys, participation in polls and other key stakeholder sessions, including supporting a customer satisfaction index program
- Attend community events on the dealerships behalf, when appropriate
- Present reports to the Marketing Manager as required
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager
Job Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Post-Secondary Institution, preferably studying marketing, public relations, business or similar
- A valid driver's license
